EMOTION RELEASE
Emotions vibrate at different frequencies and often the energy of a specific emotion(s) can become lodged in the body and cause blockages that can result in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual stress. The Emotion Release session helps to identify the emotion(s) and release them so that you can begin to heal. It is not always necessary to relive a past event to release the energy surrounding the emotions. That's the wonderful thing about working with energy-once it's released, the need to 'talk' about an event or situation lessens. More healing can take place. It doesn't erase the memory, but it does take the energy of the emotions out of the body and the energetic field. This is often the first step to take before doing other energy work.

REIKI SESSION
Reiki energy can travel over any distance. Whether you are a street away, or oceans away-Reiki energy will travel to where it is needed during a distance session with me. It requires you to set aside 45 minutes in your day to lie down and relax while the session is taking place. During distance sessions, some clients report feeling tingles, a warming sensation all over, little electric buzzes, and other pleasant sensations. LIFE GUIDANCE
Sometimes we need a little extra guidance to get to where we want to be. This is what my Guidance session offers. We will use a variety of options such as: Life Coaching, meditations, chakra and color therapy, intuition, mantras, journaling, Intention journaling, Reiki, Energy Release, Yoga, and other energy work to help you on your journey. Doing it by yourself can be a daunting experience, that's why I am here to walk with you and be your support. It's not always rainbows and sunshine, there is work to be done, but it's so worth the time you put into it. The more you fill your own cup, the more you have to give to others. We never know where these sessions will lead! Every session is different and so informative. You have to be ready to do some Soulwork on yourself. It's life-changing. It's worth it!

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Private, one-on-one Yoga sessions are available. These are sessions that are geared towards anyone who is wanting to learn to do Yoga in a more private setting, injured or anxious students who don't want to be in a class setting, or anyone who is wanting a little more attention and instruction in a certain area of Yoga. These sessions are available in-person, or over Skype. It's perfect for the beginner, all the way to the advanced Yoga student who just needs, or wants, a little more direct instruction.
